Morello Company designed and manufactured an hydraulic tilter to tilt heavy items up to 40 tons.
This kind of upender is more and more used in many manufacturing plants.
It allow to tilt any kind of load (with the suitable superstructure) in a safe, quick and easy way.
It’s possible to tilt any load by 90° and, repeating the operation, by 180°.
The overhead crane tilting is very dangerous and not always possible. That’s way our upenders are often requested where the safety of the operators and of the products is considered of primary importance.
It’s possible, but not mandatory, to fix the tilter to the ground.
On request it is possible to supply upenders of every dimension and capacity (over 200 ton), according to customer needs.

Morello Company designed and manufactured a motorized cart battery propelled to handle different kind of steel coils.
This kind of battery powered trolley it is used to transport heavy loads inside industries, increasing productivity and safety compared to overhead crane material handling.
With its very high manoeuvrability, thanks to a double axles steering system, it’s perfect to transport loads also in very narrow spaces.
This motorized cart is completely electric! Even the steering is electric; it means that there is no hydrulic system.
The absence of an hydraulic system it means, lower maintenance and lower battery consumption.
Furthermore it is eco-friendly since it is battery propelled and produce a very low noise.
N°4 removable saddles are provided to handle various kind of coils from Ø 1200 mm to Ø 1900 mm and up to 30 tons weight. Every saddle is covered with non-scratching nylon, to avoid damages to the coils.
N°2 platforms for the operator, with a safe switch on the lock, can be used during long travel to the operator comfort.
This motorized cart is equipped with a “road type” lighting system, to work also during night shift.
Dimension, loading platform superstructure, speed and many others features can be customized as per customer request.
Available payloads: from 5 tons to over 500 tons!

Morello Company just delivered a motorized cart battery propelled with manual steering.
It will be used in a steel factory to handle hot products.
This kind of cart is very useful when there are moderate weight to transport and it’s needed high manoeuvrability.
The loading platform can be plain or customized with superstructures.
