Morello designed and manufactured a lifting platform for heavy loads.
This lifting platform will be used to lift industrial trucks by an automotive Company in Italy.
With n° 4 telescopic cylinders the platform lift by 1.000 mm its load.
N° 4 devices to lock the platform in upper position are automatically positioned at the end of the lifting.
The scissor lift can be bolted to the ground and mounted inside a pit.
Dimensions, loading platform, stroke and many others features can be customized as per customer request.

Morello is delivering n° 2 self-propelled battery transporters to handle different kind of dies and coils.
They’re designed and produced for an automotive Company in Brasil.
Thanks to the n° 4 loading cells these battery transporters are extremely safe, since the vehicles don’t start if the load on the platform is bigger than their capacity.
Furthermore the remote controller is provided with an anti-tilting system that stop the battery transporter when the remote controller has a tilt angle bigger than 45°.
To increase safety n°2 laser scanner are mounted on both the short sides of the battery vehicle.
N°1 removable saddle is provided to handle various kind of coils.
Dimensions, loading platform superstructure, speed and many others features can be customized as per customer request.
