Morello specializes in designing and manufacturing heavy-duty electric pallet trolleys with an impressive load capacity of up to 100 tons.

These versatile machines combine the convenience of an ultra-low-level loading platform with the functionality of a liftable platform.

Thanks to these features, Morello’s electric pallet trucks can safely handle extremely heavy loads without the need for overhead or standard cranes, ensuring operator safety.

Simply position the load on suitable steel pallets (which Morello can custom design for you), and the pallet jack can be placed underneath to lift and transport it to another location within your facility. Alternatively, you can place the load on supports, such as wooden blocks, allowing the pallet truck to lift it and relocate it to other supports in different areas of your facility.

All of this can be accomplished with loads of up to 100 tons!

Given the substantial payloads, all of Morello’s heavy-duty pallet trolleys come equipped with power steering, which reduces operator fatigue during operations.

While we offer electric pallet trucks with a steering bar, most of our customers prefer controlling the pallet jack using a pendant push-button panel or a radio remote control. This minimizes the steering radius and provides operators with effortless control over the machine.

Our heavy-duty electric pallet trolleys are powered by batteries, with options for standard lead-acid batteries or lithium batteries. Lithium batteries are often preferred for their flexibility and extended lifespan, allowing for minimal charging times. They can be quickly recharged for just a few minutes during breaks or shift changes, restoring full power. The maximum recharging time is approximately 2 hours when the battery is completely depleted.

Morello offers a range of pallet jack models with standard sizes and features, as well as fully customized options. These can include two forks or a single loading bed, specific lengths and widths, variable speeds, climbing capabilities, and wheels designed for uneven floors, among other features.
